Daytime Classes:

Wednesdays during term time at 12.30pm – 1.30pm

CUFOSDAY

The Avenue runs off Dukes Ave, Muswell Hill. The centre is also accessible through Alexandra Palace via the back entrance of the Childrens Play area on the Avenue.

Bus W3 runs through Alexandra Palace.

A one hour session ideal for parents with young kids at school or anyone with free time on a Wednesday at noon. A perfect way to relax, recharge and ground before lunch. Donations are £5 and £4 for unwaged.


Guided Meditation with Singing Bowls & Breathing excercises

Every Monday Evening, 7.15pm – 8.30pm

We will start each class with herbal tea in the garden (weather permitting) before going inside for the sound meditation. You will lay on yoga mats and simply listen to the resonant sounds of tibetan singing bowls, unwind and relax the mind. Each class starts with gentle breathing and a guided meditation into the sound journey. This is a very deep relaxation class and it is advisable to attend the full course for maximum benefit.

£30 for 4 week course or drop in – £10/8 conc.

(Limited places available for Monday classes, max 6. Advanced booking essential!)
